风化千枚岩地层浅埋偏压连拱隧道变形控制 被引量:3

Deformation Control of Shallow Buried Biased Multi-arch Tunnel in Weathered Phyllite Strata

摘要 隧道穿越强风化千枚岩地层一直是工程界亟需解决的难题,特别是对于结构复杂的浅埋偏压连拱隧道。本文基于MIDAS GTS有限元软件,以某连拱隧道为依托,建立隧道穿越强风化千枚岩地层分析模型,并对隧道的施工过程进行模拟。结果表明随左右洞开挖错距的延长,隧道沉降减小量逐渐减小;超前50m开挖时掌子面开挖对中隔墙沉降影响范围最小;先行洞超前50m更有利于连拱隧道施工的安全稳定。在千枚岩地层偏压连拱隧道施工中,选择合理的先行洞超前距离,对于控制支护结构变形和提高隧道施工的安全性效果明显。 Tunnel crossing through highly weathered phyllite is always a difficult problem to be solved in engineering field,especially for shallow buried biased multi-arch tunnel with complex structure.In this paper,based on MIDAS GTS finite element software,an analysis model of tunnel crossing through strongly weathered phyllite stratum is established based on a multi-arch tunnel,and the construction process of the tunnel is simulated.Results show that the settlement of the multi-arch tunnel decreases gradually with the extension of the staggered spacing of the excavation of the left and right holes,50 m excavation in advance,the excavation of the palm face has the least influence on the settlement of the middle partition wall;the first tunnel 50 m in advance is more conducive to the safety and stability of the multi-arch tunnel construction.In the construction of multi-arch tunnel with biased pressure in phyllite stratum,the reasonable distance of the first tunnel is very effective to control the deformation of supporting structure and improve the safety of tunnel construction.
