摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,空心玻璃微珠(HGM)为减重填料,三聚氰胺-氰尿酸盐(MCA)为阻燃剂,制备了低密度阻燃室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶。研究了HGM粒径对RTV硅橡胶的力学性能和密度及MCA用量对RTV硅橡胶的力学性能、密度、阻燃性能和电性能的影响。结果表明:当采用10phr粒径为85μm的HGM与5phr粒径为60μm的HGM复配,MCA用量为30phr时,RTV硅橡胶的综合性能最佳。其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为2.8MPa和183%,密度为0.98g·cm,LOI值为27%,垂直燃烧等级达到UL-94 V-1级。
Flame-retardant room temperature vulcanized(RTV)silicone rubber with low density was prepared by usingα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane as base polymer,hollow glass microspheres(HGM)as weight-reducing filler,and melaminecyanurate(MCA)as flame retardants.The influence of HGM particle size on the mechanical properties and density,and MCA content on the mechanical properties,density,flame retardancy and electrical properties of RTV silicone rubber was investigated.The results show that when 10 phr HGM with particle size of 85μm and 5 phr HGM with particle size of 60μm were used,and the content of MCA was 30 phr,the RTV silicone rubber with optimum comprehensive performance was prepared.Its tensile strength and elongation at break are 2.8 MPa and 183%,respectively,density is 0.98 g·cm^(-3),LOI value is27%,and the vertical combustion rating reaches UL-94 V-1.
