摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在艾滋病合并颅内肿瘤患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月间空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的150例艾滋病合并颅内肿瘤患者作为研究目标,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组以常规护理干预,观察组以舒适护理干预,研究两组护理满意度、心理症状评分和生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组患者的心理症状评分和生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组与对照组相比,焦虑、恐惧、抑郁、敌对和躯体化等心理症状评分均较低;精力、睡眠质量、社会功能和躯体活动等生活质量评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.3%,高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾滋病合并颅内肿瘤患者予以舒适护理干预,可提升其护理满意度,降低心理症状评分,提高患者生活质量评分,值得临床研究与借鉴。
Objective To conduct a systematic analysis examining the effect of comfort care on quality of life in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)complicated with intracranial tumors.Methods A total of 150 patients with AIDS and intracranial tumors treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected from June 2019 to June 2021.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 75 patients in each group.The observation group received comfort nursing care and the control group received conventional nursing.Nursing satisfaction,psychological symptom score,and quality of life score were studied in the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological symptom score,and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the observation group had lower anxiety,fear,depression,hostility and somatization scores compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Scores of quality of life including energy,sleep quality,social function and physical activity were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing was 97.3%in the observation group which has higher than 86.7%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce psychological symptom score and improve quality of life score in patients with AIDS complicated with intracranial tumors,and it is worthy of clinical research and reference.
