摘要
跨境电商物流人才的思政水平是我国国际物流及跨境电商行业健康良性发展的基石。高校作为跨境电商物流人才培养的主战场,应提升思政育人水平,将思政元素融入跨境电商物流人才培养方案设计、教学计划、课程设计与实施当中。文章首先梳理了跨境电商物流人才的思政素养,然后以系统思维解析了跨境电商物流人才培养的课程,最后提出跨境电商物流人才培养的课程思政建设的路径。
The ideological and political level of cross-border e-commerce logistics talents is the cornerstone of the healthy development of China's international logistics and cross-border e-commerce industry.As the main battlefield of cross-border e-commerce logistics talent training,colleges and universities should improve the level of ideological and political education,and integrate ideological and political elements into the design of cross-border e-commerce logistics talent training scheme,teaching plan,curriculum design and implementation.This paper first sort out the ideological and political literacy of cross-border e-commerce logistics talents,then analyzes the courses of cross-border e-commerce logistics talents training with systematic thinking,and finally puts forward the path of ideological and political construction of courses of cross-border e-commerce logistics talents training.
