摘要
针对三维虚拟试衣技术在服装产业快速普及应用这一现状,文章以一款变化款旗袍为研究对象,CLO3D虚拟试衣软件为研究手段,将绘制好的旗袍结构图导入软件,并根据旗袍款式特征对虚拟模特与面料参数进行设置,采用虚拟缝合实现旗袍的虚拟试穿。通过软件所展示的三维试衣效果及时发现旗袍样板所存在的问题并进行样板修正,使最终的虚拟试衣效果符合款式设计要求,根据修正后的旗袍样板制作成衣并进行试穿。结果表明,CLO3D虚拟试衣软件在保证着装舒适度的前提下,试衣效果与实际成衣着装效果基本一致,从而验证了该软件的科学性与精确性,为服装企业提高研发效率、节约生产成本提供参考借鉴。
In view of the currently rapid popularization and application of 3D virtual fitting technology in the apparel industry,and with a variation-style Qipao as the research object and adopting the research means of CLO3D virtual fitting software,the finished structure diagram of the Qipao was imported into the software,and the virtual model and fabric parameters were set according to the style characteristics of the Qipao,and then its virtual fitting was performed by virtual stitching.According to the three-dimensional fitting effect displayed by the software,the problems of the Qipao sample were found,and the sample was corrected in time,so that the final virtual fitting effect met the style design requirements.The corrected sample was made into a ready-to-wear Qipao for actual fitting.The results show that on the precondition of ensuring the comfort of dressing by CLO3D virtual fitting software,the fitting effect is basically consistent with the actual dressing effect of ready-to-wear clothing,which verifies the scientificity and accuracy of the software providing a reference for garment enterprises to improve R&D efficiency and save production cost.
