铝、铁含量对锌浴流动性和表面张力的影响研究 被引量:1

Effect of Aluminum and Iron Contents on the Fluidity and Surface Tension of Zinc Bath

摘要 在热浸镀锌中,锌浴的流动性和表面张力对镀层的表观质量,组织结构及性能有重要影响。为了探讨不同成分的铁、铝含量对锌浴的流动性和表面张力的影响,配制了不同铝、铁含量的合金锌浴,其中铝(0.20%,0.25%,0.30%,0.35%,0.40%,0.45%,质量分数,下同)、铁(0.003%,0.006%,0.009%,0.012%),对其在系列温度450,453,456,459,462,465℃下锌浴的流动性和表面张力进行了测试和分析。结果表明:当铁、铝成分一定时,随着温度的升高,锌浴的表面张力降低,流动性增强;当温度一定且Fe含量一定时,向锌浴中分别添加不同成分的铝,对锌浴的流动性和表面张力没有规律性影响;当温度一定且Al含量一定时,向锌浴中分别添加不同成分的纯铁粉,对锌浴的流动性和表面张力没有规律性影响;当锌浴中铝含量为0.35%时锌浴的流动性较好。 During hot-dip galvanizing process,the fluidity and surface tension of zinc bath have an important influence on the surface quality and internal structure and properties of coatings.In order to investigate the effects of iron and aluminum contents on the fluidity and surface tension of zinc bath,the alloy zinc baths with different aluminum and iron contents were prepared.The aluminum contents were 0.20%(mass fraction,the same below),0.25%,0.30%,0.35%,0.40%and 0.45%,while the iron contents were 0.003%,0.006%,0.009%and 0.012%.In addition,the liquidity and surface tension of zinc bath were tested and analyze at 450,453,456,459,462,465℃.Results showed that when the composition of iron and aluminum was constant,the surface tension of zinc bath decreased,while the fluidity increased with the increase of temperature.When the temperature was constant and the Fe content was constant,adding different aluminum components to the zinc bath had no regular effect on the fluidity and surface tension of the zinc bath.When the temperature was constant and the Al content was constant,adding different components of pure iron powder into the zinc bath had no regular effect on the fluidity and surface tension of the zinc bath.Furthermore,when the aluminum content in zinc bath was 0.35%,the fluidity of zinc bath was better.
