摘要
机械加工出现较小误差会导致产品与设计要求相差较大问题,将直接导致产品性能降低,较大的机械加工误差会引发设备短期报废和故障等问题。传统机械加工误差提取方法无法利用网络控制加工机床任务量,导致误差提取精度较差。为此,提出基于网络通信调度的机械加工误差精准提取方法。对网络通信中的静态调度、动态调度和不可调度情况逐个分析,发现问题所在并给出解决策略,并由此对机械加工中误差精准提取,对可能产生的误差分析并给出处理方案,通过条件约束将其控制在合理要求范围内。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法在误差条件较少情况下,仍然能对机械加工过程中产生的误差进行精准提取和计算,由此提高误差计算精度和机械性。
A small machining error will lead to a big difference between products and design requirements,which will directly lead to a reduction in product performance. A large machining error will lead to short-term scrapping and failure of equipment.The traditional machining error extraction method can not use network to control the task of machining machine tool,which leads to the poor accuracy of error extraction. For this reason, a method for accurate extraction of machining errors based on network communication scheduling is proposed. The static scheduling,dynamic scheduling and non-scheduling in network communication are analyzed one by one, and the problem is found and the solution strategy is given, from which the errors in mechanical processing are accurately extracted. The possible errors are analyzed and the treatment scheme is given,which is controlled within the reasonable requirements by conditional constraints. The simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately extract and calculate the errors in the machining process with fewer error conditions,so as to improve the accuracy and machinability of error calculation.
