摘要
国家医疗保障局办公室2020年10月19日发布了《关于印发区域点数法总额预算和按病种分值付费试点工作方案的通知》,并确定了71个试点城市。2021年全国各地试点方案也相继出台,意味着我国医保支付方式将进入DIP付费,医院在运营管理中应适应按项目付费转向按病种付费的转变。文章从DIP付费的实施必要性、DIP的概念及对医院运营的影响入手进行分析,结合实际提出了几点DIP付费方式改革下医院运营管理新思路,以此提供借鉴参考。
On October 19,2020,the Office of the National Medical Security Administration issued the"Notice on Printing and Distributing the Total Budget of the Regional Point Method and the Pilot Work Plan for Paying by Type of Disease Score",and identified 71 pilot cities.In 2021,pilot programs across the country have also been issued one after another,which means that China's medical insurance payment method will enter DIP payment and the hospital should adapt to the transition from project-based payment to disease-based payment in operation and management.The article analyzes the necessity of DIP payment,the concept of DIP and its impact on hospital operations,based on the actual situation,several new ideas for hospital operation and management under the reform of DIP payment method are proposed to provide reference for reference.
