Keap1-Nrf2信号通路在角膜急性紫外线损伤防治中的研究进展

摘要 角膜位于眼球最外层,易遭受外界环境中紫外线刺激。户外运动者在高原冰雪环境中活动,紫外线暴露量大,如果防护不当,可发生雪盲症。目前报道的文献中,紫外线的生物危害效应主要由于其引起的氧化应激,但确切的分子机制尚待进一步研究。Keap1-Nrf2-ARE信号通路在机体抗氧化应激损伤中发挥重要作用。文章主要就紫外线引起氧化应激造成角膜损伤的分子机制以及Nrf2介导的抗氧化防御在角膜急性紫外线损伤防治中的研究进展进行综述。 Locating at the outermost layer of the eye,the cornea,is vulnerable to UV irradiation.Soldiers are susceptible to snow blindness without protection during training at high altitudes.The biohazard effect of ultraviolet is mainly due to the oxidative stress induced by light in cells.The molecular mechanism of this effect remains to be further studied.Keap1-Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway maintains cell activity and plays an important role in moderating the damage caused by oxidation.This paper reviews the mechanism of oxidative stress induced by UV and the potential role of Nrf2-mediated antioxidant defense in acute UV-induced corneal injury.
