摘要
利用Malmquist指数和主成分分析,测算京津冀城市群2010-2019年的技术创新效率与经济高质量发展指数,并在此基础上利用固定效应模型考察了技术创新效率对京津冀高质量发展的影响。研究发现,京津冀技术创新效率可以通过影响地区经济增长的可持续性、协调性以及融合性来进一步促进经济的高质量发展;并且这种效应具有动态递减性,在滞后三期出现拐点,由正向变为负向。在此基础上,进一步通过指标分解发现,相较于技术效率,规模效率对地区经济高质量发展的影响更为显著;同时,根据收入水平与研发投入强度的异质性检验,不同收入水平与研发投入强度对地区经济高质量发展的影响存在显著差异,低收入组与低强度组的技术创新效率对经济高质量发展的影响明显低于高收入组与高强度组。
Using Malmquist index and principal component factor method,the technological innovation efficiency and high-quality economic development index of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration are measured from 2010 to 2019,and on this basis,using fixed effect model,the impact of technological innovation efficiency on the high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is investigated.The result shows that the technological innovation efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei can further promote the high-quality economic development by affecting the sustainability,coordination and integration of regional economic growth,and it has a dynamic decreasing nature,with inflection point in the lag three periods,from positive to negative.On this basis,further through the index decomposition,it is found that compared with the technical efficiency,the positive effect of scale efficiency on the high-quality development of regional economy is more significant.At the same time,according to the heterogeneity test of income level and R&D investment intensity,the impact of different income level and R&D investment intensity on regional high-quality economic development is different.The impact of innovation efficiency of low-income group and low-intensity group on high-quality economic development is significantly lower than that of high-income group and high-intensity group.
