摘要
利用现代管理替代经验管理,从粗放管理转向精细化管理,提高医疗服务效率是实现公立医院高质量发展的重要方式之一。本研究利用北京大学第一医院2015-2019年门诊数据,采用波士顿矩阵法,对医院临床科室门诊量及门诊量增长情况进行分析,对不同类别的科室提出培优、保持、优化及帮扶的差异化管理策略。研究结果为合理评估各科室门诊资源配置、提升精细化管理和助力医院高质量发展提供参考。
It is one of the important ways to realize the high-quality development of public hospitals to improve the efficiency of medical services by using modern management instead of empirical management,changing from extensive management to lean management.This study used the outpatient data of Peking University First Hospital from 2015 to 2019 and used the BCG matrix method to analyze the number of outpatient visits and the growth of it in clinical departments of the hospital.Differentiated management strategies,including excellent training,maintenance,optimization and assistance,for different types of departments were proposed.The research results provide a reference for rationally assessing the allocation of outpatient resources in various departments,improving lean management and helping the hospital's high-quality development.
