摘要
目的:分析丹参川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀治疗急诊眩晕症患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年12月-2020年12月于本院诊治70例急诊眩晕症患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组采用长春西汀治疗,研究组采用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀治疗。比较两组疗效、症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况和治疗前后的眩晕评分。结果:研究组总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组眩晕症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组眩晕症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组症状消失时间为(5.58±0.67)d,早于对照组的(7.15±0.68)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000 0,P>0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀治疗急诊眩晕症患者的效果较好,可缩短症状消失时间,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study the effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Vinpocetine in the treatment of emergency vertigo.Method:The clinical data of 70 patients with emergency vertigo treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group and study group according to treatment methods,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Vinpocetine,and the study group was treated with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Vinpocetine.The curative effect,symptom disappeared time,adverse reaction and vertigo scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in vertigo symptom scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the vertigo symptom scores of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance in the study group was (5.58±0.67) d,which was earlier than (7.15±0.68) d in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection and Vinpocetine has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with emergency vertigo,which can effectively reduce the dizziness of patients,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is low.
