摘要
沈白铁路白山隧道穿越软弱大变形围岩地段,在初支完成后,围岩出现严重变形,多次进行初支的拆换处理,导致施工缓慢。基于软弱围岩的变形机理,提出了软弱围岩处理的理论及原则,从超前支护、掘进、初支、二衬等各环节均采取了科学有效的处理措施,确保了白山隧道穿越软弱围岩地段施工的安全、快速进行。
The Baishan Tunnel of Shen-Bai Railway passes through a section of weak and large-deformed surrounding rock.After the completion of the initial support,the surrounding rock was severely deformed.The dismantling and replacement of the initial support was carried out many times,resulting in slow construction.Based on the deformation mechanism of the weak surrounding rock,the theory and principles for the treatment of the weak surrounding rock are put forward.Scientific and effective treatment measures have been taken from the links of advanced support,excavation,primary support,and secondary lining to ensure that the Baishan Tunnel passes through the weak wall.The construction of the rock section is carried out safely and quickly.
