摘要目的:探究中药内服联合针灸推拿对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分(NDS)及凝血功能的影响。方法:选取142例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=71)和对照组(n=71)。研究组采用中药内服联合针灸推拿综合疗法治疗,对照组予常规西药治疗。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分(NIHSS)评定两组患者的治疗总有效率;比较两组患者治疗前后凝血酶时间(TT)、血小板(PLT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、神经功能缺损评分(NDS)、Barthel指数。结果:治疗后,对照组总有效率84.51%,研究组总有效率95.77%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组TT、FIB水平、Barthel指数均高于对照组,NDS、PLT水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服联合针灸推拿综合疗法治疗急性脑梗死患者疗效较好,能够改善患者NDS评分及凝血功能。 Objective:To investigate the effects of internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage on neurological deficit score(NDS)and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:142 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as research subjects and divided into study group(n=71)and control group(n=71)according to random number table method.The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.National institutes of health stroke scale score(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the total response rate of two groups.Thrombin time(TT),platelet(PLI),fibrinogen(FIB),neurological deficit score(NDS)and Barthel index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 84.51%in the control group and 95.77%in the study group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TT,FIB and Barthel index in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of NDS and PLT were lower than those in the control group,difference statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage therapy have good effect on acute cerebral infarction patients,and improved the NDS score and coagulation function of patients.
