摘要
随着智能门锁行业的快速发展,人们对智能门锁产品的质量要求也逐渐提升。本文结合相关国家标准和行业标准,从产品安全性能、稳定性和耐久性、智能化3个维度全面系统地研究了智能门锁的技术要求,提炼出了智能门锁产品主锁舌抗轴向静压力、反复启闭次数、指纹识别安全等13项关键性指标与相应要求及其检测方法,以期作为产品质量标准的制定依据和产品质量的评价依据。
With the rapid development of intelligent door lock industry, people’s requirements for the quality of intelligent door lock products are gradually improving. Combined with relevant national standards and industrial standards, this paper comprehensively and systematically studies the technical requirements of intelligent door lock from the three dimensions of product safety performance, stability and durability, and intelligence. Then, it extracts 13 key indexes, corresponding requirements and detection methods of intelligent door lock products, such as anti axial static pressure of main lock tongue,repeated opening and closing times, and fingerprint identification safety, which are expected to be the formulation basis of the product quality standards and the evaluation basis of product quality.
