摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定鲜竹沥中糠醇含有量。方法:以C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈和0.1%的磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长220 nm;结果:糠醇线性关系良好(r>0.9999),平均回收率为98.25%,RSD为0.73%;结论:该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可为鲜竹沥的炮制方法和质量控制提供参考。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Furfuryl alcohol in Xianzhuli prepared by different processing methods.Methods:The analysis of Xianzhuli solution was performed on an C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)with DAD as the detector,the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%aqueous phosphate solution,the column temperature was 30℃,the velcoity was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 220 nm.Results:Furfuryl alcohol showed good linear relationships(r=0.9999),average recoveries were 98.25%with the RSDs of 0.73%.Conclusion:This accurate,stable and reproducible method can provide reference for processing method and the quality control of Xianzhuli.
