变频节能技术在矿山机电设备中的应用研究 被引量:4

The application of frequency conversion and energy saving technology in mine mechanical and electrical equipment

摘要 目前应用方法,变频调节矿山机电设备电机工频电流和变频电流有限,导致矿山机电设备电机节能效果较差,为此提出变频节能技术在矿山机电设备中的应用研究。根据矿山机电设备对变频节能技术需求,以及变频器特点,选择变频器;计算矿山机电设备电机转速,比较电机调速优劣,确定矿山机电设备变频调速方式;计算感应电动势有效值,通过恒压频比控制方式,控制矿山机电设备变频节能。实验结果:在不同的电机负荷下,研究应用方法相较此次实验选择的应用方法,工频电流和变频电流的差值分别高2A、2A、7A、6A、2A、8A;工频电量小10kW/h、9kW/h、9kW/h、19kW/h、9W/h、9kW/h,变频电量小55kW/h、10kW/h、10kW/h、10kW/h、10kW/h、10kW/h,减少了发电机组对电量的需求,具有较优的节能效果。 The current application method,frequency conversion regulation of mine electrical equipment motor frequency current and frequency conversion current is limited,which leads to the poor energy saving effect of mine electromechanical equipment motor.Therefore,the application of frequency conversion energy saving technology in mine mechanical and electrical equipment is proposed.According to the technical requirements of mine mechanical and electrical equipment for frequency conversion and energy saving,and the characteristics of frequency converter,frequency converter is selected;The speed of mine electromechanical equipment is calculated,and the advantages and disadvantages of motor speed regulation are compared,and the frequency conversion speed regulation mode of mine electromechanical equipment is determined;The effective value of induction electromotive force is calculated,and the frequency conversion and energy saving of mine electromechanical equipment are controlled by constant voltage frequency ratio control.Results:compared with the application method chosen in this experiment,the difference between power frequency current and frequency conversion current is 2a,2a,7a,6a,2a and 8A respectively;The power frequency power consumption is 10kW/h,9kw/h,9kw/h,19kw/h,9W/h,9kw/h,and the frequency conversion power is 55kW/h,10kW/h,10kW/h,10kW/h,10kW/h,10kW/h,10kW/h,which reduces the demand for power of the generating set and has better energy saving effect.
