摘要
目前在全世界范围内,心血管疾病严重危害人类生命健康,其发生发展机制广泛且复杂。中药从古至今被广泛运用于心血管疾病的防治并取得了显著疗效,且副作用较西药更小,但其具体作用机制仍不清楚。而脂肪因子作为一种新兴的代谢产物,被发现与心血管疾病及其危险因素的发生发展有密切关联。近年来,相关研究已证实部分单味中药及复方对脂肪因子具有确切的调控作用,这将为治疗心血管疾病的临床应用提供新思路,并以此为基础开展更多大样本、高质量的研究,进一步阐明其中的具体机制。
At present,cardiovascular diseases are a serious threat to human life and health all over the world,and the occurrence and development mechanisms are extensive and complex.Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases since ancient times and has achieved remarkable efficacy,with fewer side effects than western drugs,although its specific mechanism of action is still unclear.Adipokines,as a new metabolite,have been found to be closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases and their risk factors.Relevant studies in recent years have confirmed that some single Chinese herbs and compounds have definite regulatory effects on adipokines,which will provide new ideas for the clinical application in cardiovascular diseases.Based on this,more large-sample and high-quality studies will be carried out to further clarify the specific mechanisms.
