摘要
为优化狮头柑精油的提取工艺,首先对提取溶剂和料液比进行优选,结果表明:提取狮头柑精油的适宜溶剂为石油醚,适宜料液比为1∶15(g/mL)。随后选取超声时间、温度和功率3个因素进行单因素试验。在单因素试验的基础上,对狮头柑精油超声辅助提取参数开展正交条件优化试验。优化结果:超声时间120 min,超声温度50℃,超声功率60 W,该条件下狮头柑精油提取率达2.47%。通过气相色谱-质谱联用法从狮头柑精油中共鉴定出19种化合物,占总挥发物的97.60%。优化后的工艺可用于狮头柑精油的提取。
The extraction solvent and material-liquid ratio were selected to optimize the essential oil extraction process of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan.Results showed that the most suitable solvent for the essential oil extraction of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan was petroleum ether,with a material-to-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g/mL).Three factors—ultrasonic time,temperature,and power—were selected for a single-factor experiment;an orthogonal condition optimization experiment was carried out for the ultrasonic extraction parameters of the essential oil of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan.The optimization results were as follows:ultrasound time,120 min;ultrasound temperature,50℃;and ultrasonic power,60 W.The essential oil extraction rate of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan reached 2.47%under these conditions.A total of 19 compounds were identified from the essential oil of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analyses,accounting for 97.60%of total volatiles.Thus,the optimized process could be used to extract the essential oil of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Manau Gan.
