摘要 在分析华阳一矿选煤厂介质制备系统现状的基础上,分析了当前介质制备系统存在的问题,并提出系统智能化改造方案。实践表明,选煤厂介质制备系统智能化改造后,有效减少工人的劳动强度,不用再取介、测介,介质比重自动控制系统能自动调整介质密度并实时显示数据,指导生产,减少了矸中带煤的情况,增加了块炭产量,降低了系统介质消耗,创造了良好的社会和经济效益。 Based on the analysis of the current situation of medium preparation system in Huayang No.1 coal preparation plant,the problems existing in the current medium preparation system were analyzed,and the intelligent transformation scheme of the system was put forward.Practice showed that after the intelligent transformation of the medium preparation system in the coal preparation plant,the labor intensity of workers can be effectively reduced without taking and measuring the medium.The automatic control system of medium specific gravity can automatically adjust the medium density and display data in real time to guide production,reduce the coal carrying in the gangue,increase the output of lump carbon and reduce the medium consumption of the system,with good social and economic benefits.
