摘要
目的探讨Hippo通路相关蛋白YAP和TAZ在人喉癌组织和正常癌旁组织中的表达差异及临床意义。方法收集77例喉癌患者肿瘤组织及癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法分别检测YAP、TAZ蛋白在喉癌患者肿瘤组织和正常癌旁组织中的表达情况,分析其与喉癌患者临床因素的关系及对预后的影响。结果YAP和TAZ在喉癌组织中表达明显高于正常癌旁组织(P<0.001)。喉癌组织中YAP和TAZ表达水平与患者年龄、性别和肿瘤解剖位置无关(P>0.05),与患者肿瘤分期、有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤直径、分化程度相关(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示YAP表达与TAZ呈正相关(γ=0.244,P=0.025)。YAP、TAZ高表达患者5年生存率明显低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论YAP、TAZ在喉癌组织中高表达且与患者临床资料及预后相关,YAP、TAZ蛋白可能作为喉癌预后的判断指标在喉癌的治疗中发挥作用。
Objective To explore the expression differences and clinical significance of Hippo pathway related proteins YAP and TAZ in human laryngeal carcinoma tissue and normal adjacent tissues.Methods Collected 77 tumor tissues and paracancerous tissue specimens of patients with laryngeal cancer.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect YAP and TAZ protein in tumor tissues and normal paracancerous tissues of patients with laryngeal cancer.Analyze the relationship between clinical factors and the prognosis of patients with laryngeal cancer.Results The expression levels of YAP and TAZ in laryngeal cancer tissues were not related to the patient’s age,gender,and tumor anatomical location(P>0.05),but were related to the patient’s tumor stage,lymph node metastasis,tumor diameter,and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).The expression of YAP and TAZ in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal adjacent tissues(P<0.001).Correlation analysis showed that YAP expression was positively correlated with TAZ(γ=0.244,P=0.025).The 5-year survival rate of patients with high expression of YAP and TAZ was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of YAP and TAZ in laryngeal cancer tissue is related to the clinical data and prognosis of patients.The combined detection of YAP and TAZ protein may be used as a prognostic indicator of laryngeal cancer to play a role in the treatment of laryngeal cancer.
