摘要
目的研究前列腺癌患者雄激素剥夺(ADT)治疗癌因性疲劳状态影响因素及运动训练的干预效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取汕头市中心医院2019年3月—2020年9月期间接受ADT治疗的前列腺患者130例为研究对象,对患者的癌因性疲劳状态影响因素进行分析,并比较采用运动训练前后的干预效果。结果研究对象中重度癌因性疲劳状态23例(17.69%)、中度50例(38.46%)。经单因素分析结果显示,危险因素主要包括合并症、抑郁/焦虑、疼痛及泌尿系统症状(P<0.05);经Logistic回归方程分析结果显示,独立危险因素主要为焦虑抑郁、疼痛(P<0.05)。所有患者经运动训练干预后,癌因性疲劳状态、SDS及VAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论接受ADT治疗的前列腺癌患者癌因性疲劳状态较严重,主要受到焦虑抑郁、疼痛的影响,通过运动训练能够有效降低患者的癌因性疲劳状态,减轻抑郁/焦虑及疼痛程度,对于预后恢复十分有益。
Objective To study the value of exercise training in androgen deprivation(ADT)in the treatment of prostate cancer and to analyze the influencing factors of cancer-induced fatigue.Methods A total of 130 prostate patients who received ADT treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.The influencing factors of cancer-induced fatigue state of the patients were analyzed,and the intervention effects before and after exercise training were compared.Results There were 23 cases(17.69%)with severe cancer-induced fatigue and 50 cases(38.46%)with moderate cancer-induced fatigue.Univariate analysis showed that risk factors mainly included comorbidities,depression/anxiety,pain and urinary symptoms(P<0.05).Logistic regression equation analysis showed that the independent risk factors mainly included depression and pain.After exercise training intervention,cancerous fatigue status,SDS and VAS scores of all patients were lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The cancer-induced fatigue state of prostate cancer patients receiving ADT treatment is more serious,which is mainly affected by depression and pain.Exercise training can effectively reduce the patients’cancer-induced fatigue state,depression/anxiety and pain degree,which is very beneficial for the prognosis recovery of patients.
