摘要
当深基坑周边存在既有建筑及地下管线时,施工过程极易对周边产生安全和信访纠纷问题,如何预防和减少基坑施工对周边环境的影响极其重要。以清远某深基坑工程为案例,对造成基坑施工几类典型问题的原因进行简要分析,提出相关措施建议:①深基坑专项方案要提出预防工程桩、支护桩施工导致周边建筑开裂变形的预防和处理措施;②开工前应提前委托对周边建筑做好房屋安全鉴定;③深基坑工程要严格做到精细化管理;④深基坑监测宜采用实时动态监测;⑤参建单位在项目前期筹划、施工组织及专项方案设计时,要充分考虑到群众的信访问题对项目推进的影响。
When there are existing buildings and underground pipelines around the deep foundation pit,the construction process is easy to bring about the problems of safety and petition disputes.Taking a deep foundation pit project in Qingyuan as an example,makes a brief analysis on the causes of several typical problems in foundation pit construction,some suggestions are put forward:①the special scheme of deep foundation pit should put forward the prevention and treatment measures to prevent the surrounding buildings from cracking and deformation caused by the construction of engineering piles and supporting piles;②the surrounding buildings should be commissioned to do a good job of building safety appraisal in advance;③the project of deep foundation pit should be managed strictly and precisely;④realtime dynamic monitoring should be adopted for the monitoring of deep foundation pit;⑤when the participating construction enterprises plan,organize the construction and design the special scheme in the earlier stage of the project,full consideration should be given to the impact of the project on the promotion of mass letters and visits.
