摘要
目的通过分析宁波市结核病实验室网络体系建设情况,为完善全市实验室网络布局和制定结核病防控策略提供相关技术保障。方法对宁波市10个县区(市)结核病定点医疗机构和疾控机构结核病实验室等级分布,检测覆盖率以及近5年由于实验室改造和新方法应用对肺结核诊断病原学阳性率的影响等进行统计分析。结果宁波市10个县区(市)结核病定点医疗机构实现了抗酸染色法、分枝杆菌快速培养和分子诊断的全覆盖,肺结核诊断的病原学阳性率也从2015年的37.45%提升到2019年的57.63%。结论宁波市的结核病实验室网络体系建设已经初具规模,能够满足当前结核病防治工作的需要。为实现世界卫生组织2035年消除结核病的目标,还需进一步加强实验室建设和实验室质量控制工作。
Objective To analyze the construction of the tuberculosis laboratory network system in Ningbo City,then provide relevant technical support for improving the city’s laboratory network layout and formulating tuberculosis prevention and control strategies. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the distribution of tuberculosis laboratories in designated tuberculosis hospitals and disease control institutions in 10 districts of Ningbo City,the detection coverage rate was investigated and the influence of laboratory renovation and new methods on the positive rate of tuberculosis were analyzed. Results The designated tuberculosis hospitals in 10 districts in Ningbo have achieved full coverage of acid-fast staining,rapid mycobacterial culture and molecular diagnosis. The positive rate of pathogenic diagnosis of tuberculosis has also increased from 37. 45% in 2015 to57. 63% in 2019. Conclusion The construction of the tuberculosis laboratory network in Ningbo City has been formed primarily,which can meet the current needs of tuberculosis prevention and treatment. In order to achieve the World Health Organization’s goal of eliminating tuberculosis by 2035,it is necessary to further strengthen the laboratory construction and laboratory quality control.
