基于CDIO教学模式的化工设备三维参数化设计 被引量:2

摘要 将三维参数化设计理念和CDIO教学模式融入化工设备设计教学中,能够对过程装备与控制工程专业的实践教学产生积极的影响。文章以化工典型设备换热器的设计为例,介绍三维参数化设计的一些特色操作,提出基于CDIO教学模式的三维参数化设计框架。实践表明,CDIO教学模式的实施有助于学生快速掌握本专业的设计技能、激发对工程设计的兴趣和提高工程实践能力,也有助于学生有效改正设计错误。 The three-dimensional(3D)parametric design and Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate(CDIO)education model integrated into the teaching of chemical engineering equipment design,could produce positive effects on the practice teaching of process equipment and control engineering specialty.As a typical chemical engineering equipment,the heat exchanger was designed by 3D parametric design.Based on CDIO educational idea,the teaching model framework of 3D parametric design was proposed.Practice had shown that the professional design skills was mastered faster by students.At the same time,the students were all in a state of exaltation about engineering design.The engineering practice capabilities of students were improved and the design mistakes.
