时钟基因在年龄相关认知障碍疾病中的研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress of clock genes in age-related cognitive disorders

摘要 老年认知障碍的患者常伴随着昼夜节律紊乱。研究表明,时钟基因参与认知过程,且其表达异常与多种年龄相关认知障碍疾病的发生、发展密切相关。文章在简要阐述时钟基因的基础上,就时钟基因在几种与年龄相关的认知障碍疾病中的研究进展进行综述,为及早预防、诊断和治疗老年认知障碍疾病提供新的靶点。 Age patients with cognitive impairment are often accompanied by circadian rhythm disturbance.Studies have shown that clock genes are involved in cognitive processes,and their abnormal expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of age related cognitive disorders.Based on the brief introduction of clock gene,this review summarizes the research advances of clock gene in several age related cognitive disorders,so as to provide a new target for early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders in elder patients.
