摘要
HL-2M装置中心螺旋管(CS)线圈采用了AB两组交替缠绕、内外层轴向反向绕制的结构,AB两组引线对称引出。在中心螺旋管线圈制造过程中,开展了中空铜导线焊接工艺、绝缘包扎工艺、绕制工艺、内外层跳线连接工艺、加热固化工艺等试验。研制的线圈满足对地主绝缘耐压60kV、A/B组匝间耐压1kV的设计要求。
The central solenoid(CS)coils of HL-2M tokamak are divided into alternately wound two groups,i.e.,groups A and B,the inner and outer layers in each group are axially reversely wound,and the leads of the two groups are drawn out symmetrically.During the manufacturing process of the CS coils,brazing process of the hollow copper wire,insulation wrapping process,winding process,jumper connection of inner and outer layer process,heating and curing process and other tests were carried out.The made coils meet the design requirements of the main insulation withstand voltage of 60kV and the inter-turn withstand voltage of A/B group of 1kV.
