摘要
东海特大桥(32+48+32)m连续梁节段预制后,对称梁段每次胶拼后均采用预应力钢束锚固形成自稳定悬臂梁。通过优化LHP56B型架桥机结构设计,创新采用三跨式同步胶拼工艺施工,结合各施工工况对架桥机主要结构进行受力分析。详细介绍了架桥机拼装的主要工序,阐述了三跨式双T构同步胶拼关键技术。该方法可有效降低施工风险及施工成本,并缩短施工工期,同时为连续梁预制拼装技术提供了一种新思路。
After prefabrication of(32 + 48 + 32) m continuous beam segments of Donghai Super Large Bridge, prestressed steel tendons are used to anchor the symmetrical beam after each gluing to form a self stable cantilever beam. Through optimizing the structural design of LHP56 B bridge erecting machine and innovatively adopting three-span synchronous assembly technology, the main structure of bridge erecting machine is analyzed according to various construction conditions. This paper introduces the main assembly process of bridge erecting machine in detail, and expounds the key technology of synchronous assembly of three-span double T-frame. This method can effectively reduce the construction risk and cost, shorten the construction period, and provide a new idea for continuous beam prefabrication and assembly technology.
