摘要
为了解决近距离采空区下煤层巷道围岩变形大的问题,以薛虎沟煤矿为研究背景,利用理论计算结合数值模拟的研究方法对上煤层巷道底板破坏高度及不同内错距离下巷道围岩应力及变形进行分析。由于煤层的倾角均较小,采用FLAC^(3D)软件简化为近水平煤层进行模拟计算。研究发现,上煤层底板的破坏深度为3.49 m,小于近距离煤层间距;同时随着内错距离的增大,下煤层巷道围岩应力及变形均呈现逐步增大的趋势。当内错距离为10 m时,巷道处于应力降低区,整体的应力环境最佳,此时的顶板下沉量为100 mm,两帮的移近量最大值为195 mm。为下煤层巷道支护提供一定的参考。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock of lower coal seam roadway in close goaf,taking Xuehugou Coal Mine as the research background,using the research method of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the failure depth of roadway floor in upper coal seam and the stress and deformation of roadway surrounding rock under different internal staggered distances are analyzed.Because the dip angle of coal seams is small,FLAC^(3D) software is used to simplify it to near horizontal coal seams for simulation calculation.The research shows that the failure depth of the upper coal seam floor is 3.49 m,which is less than the coal seam spacing;with the increase of internal staggered distance,the stress and deformation of surrounding rock of roadway in lower coal seam show a gradual increasing trend;when the internal staggered distance is 10 m,the roadway is in the stress reduction area,and the overall stress environment is the best;at this time,the roof subsidence is 100 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 195 mm.The research provides a certain reference for roadway support in lower coal seam.
