基于Flowmaster的长距离分叉输水管道泄漏瞬变流特性仿真研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对分叉型输水管道的泄漏问题,采用Flowmaster仿真软件对其泄漏时的瞬态变化规律进行了数值模拟,研究了泄漏位置、泄漏孔大小、分叉角度等因素对管道泄漏瞬变流特性的影响。结果表明:泄漏位置距离末端阀门越近,压力畸变的时间越早,可由此来判断泄漏位置;水击波峰值随泄漏孔径的增大而逐渐减小,衰减速度增大;不同分叉角度对压力变化规律的影响一致,均是压力幅值越小,衰减速度越快。研究成果为今后对于长距离含分叉输水管道的泄漏检测提供了部分理论参考。 Aiming at the leakage problem of bifurcated water pipelines,the Flowmaster simulation software was used to numerically simulate the transient change law of its leakage,and the leakage position,leakage hole size,bifurcation angle and other factors on the leakage transient flow characteristics of the pipeline were studied.Impact.The results show that the closer the leakage position is to the end valve,the earlier the pressure distortion time can be used to determine the leakage position;the peak value of the water hammer gradually decreases with the increase of the leakage aperture,and the attenuation speed increases;The law of pressure change has the same influence,and the pressure amplitude is getting smaller and smaller,and the attenuation speed is getting faster and faster.The research results lay the foundation for the future leakage detection of long-distance water pipelines with bifurcations.
