摘要
该文对输液港原发性导管异位的相关因素、预防及处理进行综述,分析了原发性导管异位的原因。指出纠正导管异位的方法,并提出了几点建议,包括选择最佳置入路径、选择可视化置管方式以促进精准定位、合理选择送管技巧及强化静脉治疗专科护士培训以提高其置管经验。
This paper reviewed the relevant factors,prevention measures and treatments of primary catheter allotopia.The causes of primary catheter allotopia were analyzed.Method of correcting the catheter position was pointed out.Several suggestions were proposed including choosing the best insertion route,choosing the visual catheterization method to promote accurate positioning,rational selection of catheter delivery skills,and strengthening the training of venous therapy specialty nurses to improve their catheterization experience.
