摘要
介绍氮中苯气体标准物质研制方法。以高纯苯和高纯氮气为原料,采用称重法制备特征量值1.00μmol/mol的氮中苯气体标准物质。分析了注射重量法制备苯气体标准物质的原理和过程,利用气相色谱法对其组分气体进行纯度分析。分别采用F检验和t检验对标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性检验,方差分析和线性拟合结果表明,该气体标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性。研制的氮中苯气体标准物质的特征量值为1.00μmol/mol时,其扩展不确定度为3%(k=2)。该标准物质可用于环境污染物中苯的定性及定量分析。
The development method of benzene in nitrogen reference material was introduced.With high purity benzene and high purity nitrogen as raw materials,the reference material of benzene in nitrogen with characteristic value of 1.00μmol/mol was developed by weighting method.The principle and process of preparing benzene gas reference material by injection weight method were analyzed,the purity of the component gas was analyzed by gas chromatography.F test and t test were used to test the homogeneity and stability of the reference material,respectively,the results of variance analysis and linear fitting showed that the gas standard substance had good uniformity and stability.The characteristic value of the developed standard substance for benzene in nitrogen was 1.00μmol/mol with the extended uncertainty of 3%(k=2).The standard substance can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of environmental pollution benzene.
