摘要
基于QFD质量屋和ANSYS有限元方法分析了某型飞机牵引车夹持-提升装置的设计缺陷,依据QFD关系表研究了装置的技术特征,将设计要求转化为技术指标和功能项,得到各参数指标的冲突关系。基于TRIZ理论对装置设计方案进行调整和优化,运用ANSYS对改进后的装置结构进行有限元分析。结果表明:改进后的设计更合理、实用,可为飞机牵引车夹持-提升装置设计提供参考。
The design defects of a certain clamp-lifting device for aircraft tractor are analyzed by QFD house of quality and ANSYS finite element method.According to the QFD relation table,the technical characteristics of the device are studied,and the design requirements are transformed into technical indicators and functional items,so as to obtain the conflict relationship between the parameters and indicators.The device design scheme is adjusted and optimized based on the TRIZ theory contradiction resolution principle,and the improved device structure is analyzed by ANSYS finite element method.The results show that the improved design is more reasonable and practical,which can provide a reference for the design of the clamp-lifting device for aircraft tractors.
