摘要
针对基础环式风机基础,文章提出了在基础环外侧沿环向均匀布置竖向锚杆,锚杆下端利用超高性能混凝土与基础连接,上端通过连接件与基础环连接的竖锚加固方法。以2 MW风机基础为研究对象,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立加固风机基础的三维有限元模型,研究该加固方法的可行性与有效性。研究结果表明:该方法可以有效缓解下法兰附近混凝土应力集中现象,同时可以降低基础环的竖向偏移量;在基础环周边布置28根直径为25 mm的高强锚杆,可以使基础环下法兰处混凝土最大拉压应力降低30%以上。
In this paper,a new reinforcement method with vertical anchor bolts is proposed for the wind turbine foundation with the inserted ring.The vertical anchor bolts are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction outside the inserted ring,the lower end of the anchor bolt is connected with the foundation by ultra-high performance concrete,and the upper end is connected with the inserted ring by a connector.Taking the 2 MW wind turbine foundation as the research object,the 3D finite element model of the reinforced wind turbine foundation is established by using ABAQUS finite element software to study the feasibility and effectiveness of the reinforcement method.The results show that this method can effectively alleviate the stress concentration of concrete near the lower flange,and reduce the vertical offset of the inserted ring;28 high-strength bolts with diameter of 25 mm are arranged around the inserted ring,which can reduce the maximum tensile and compressive stress of concrete at the lower flange of the inserted ring by more than 30%.
