摘要
本文从理论依据、动物选择、造模应激源、造模时间、评价指标等方面对亚健康动物实验研究的现状及存在的问题进行了阐述,提出加强亚健康动物模型的理论依据及模型考评指标的研究,注重多指标的综合分析,努力筛选出理想的、成熟的、公认的亚健康动物模型。
In this paper,the theoretical basis,animal selection,modeling stress source,modeling time,and evaluation of indexes of sub-health animal models were summarized. Research on the theoretical basis and evaluation indexes of sub-health animal models is important and comprehensive analysis of multiple indexes should be conducted to identify ideal,mature,and recognized sub-health animal models.
