摘要
“莽人”于2009年作为一个支系归属布朗族。1957年从原始社会“直接过渡”到社会主义社会后,布朗族(莽人)经历了三次跨越的社会变迁,从整体绝对贫困到实现整体脱贫。该脱贫典范可归纳为“布朗族(莽人)模式”,这是外援帮扶与内生激励合力作用的结果。其中,前者主要包括国家不断完善社会保障体系以及全社会支持下从大水漫灌式的扶贫到精准的扶贫脱贫,后者主要包括布朗族(莽人)内部产业结构优化与自身素质素养的不断提升。布朗族(莽人)模式既体现了我国社会主义制度的优越性,为世界其他国家和地区解决类似的扶贫脱贫问题提供可资参考的样本,也丰富了始终致力于实现各民族共同繁荣发展的中国特色社会主义发展理论与实践。
“The Mang people”was included in the Bulang nationality as one of its branches in 2009.After the“direct transition”from the primitive society to the socialist society in 1957,the Mang people have experienced three great social changes,from absolute poverty to the poverty eradication of the whole ethnic group.This poverty alleviation model can be summarized as the“Model of the Bulang Nationality(Mang People)”,which is the result of the combined effects of endogenous incentives and exogenous assistance.The exogenous assistance mainly includes the continuous improvement of the social security system and the development of the model of general poverty alleviation into a model of targeted poverty alleviation with the support of the whole society.The endogenous incentives mainly include the Bulang/Mang's optimization of the industrial structure and improvement of their own quality.This model not only embodies the superiority of China's socialist system,but also provides a good example for other countries and regions in the world to solve similar problems of poverty alleviation.It also enriches the theory and practice of socialism with distinct Chinese characteristics that has always being committed to realizing the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups.
