摘要
某开关站一10 kV线路用户因启机时发生相间短路故障保护动作跳闸,短时间故障未切除情况下现场人员再次启机,导致系统连续遭受故障电流、电压冲击,造成事故扩大,10 kV母线失压。通过保护动作信息及故障录波文件分析,找到了10 kV母线失压事故的具体原因,为避免类似事故的再次发生提出了一些整改建议。
A 10 kV line user in a switching station tripped due to interphase short-cir cuit fault protection action during startup.Before the fault was removed the on-site person nel started the machine again,resulting in continuous system impact by fault current and voltage,leading to accident damage expansion and voltage loss of the 10 kV bus.Through analysis of the protection action information and fault recording files,the specific causes of the 10 kV bus voltage loss accident are found,and some rectification recommendations are put forward to avoid recurrence of similar accidents.
