摘要
目的:对四肢骨折患者实施锁定加压钢板手术医治的疗效进行分析评价。方法:将2018年1月-2020年1月我院收治的四肢骨折患者62例作为研究的对象,基于平行、单盲、随机对照设计原则,将其分为2组,每组31例;其中,对照组患者实施单纯钢板螺钉内固定术,观察组患者实施锁定加压钢板固定术,对比2组医治效果。结果:在骨骼愈合时间方面,观察组显著要比对照组更短,骨骼愈合、关节活动度、肢体外形变化合格占比均高于对照组,2组数据对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义;在治疗优良率上,观察组为90.32%,显著要比对照组的70.98%更高,2组数据对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:在临床中,四肢骨折患者实施锁定加压钢板术医治的效果明显,骨骼复位良好,功能康复快;因此,值得推广及应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical ffeet of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fracture.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,62 patients with limb fractures treated in our hospital were divided into two groups based on the principle of parallel,single blind and random control design.Results:Bear fruit The bone healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the proportion of bone healing,joint motion and limb shape change were higher than those in the control group,the data of the two groups were significantly diferent(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate of treatment was 90.32,higher than 70.98 in the control group.Conclusion:The ffect of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fracture patients is remarkable,bone re-duction is good,functional recovery is fast,therefore,it is worth popularizing and applying.
