摘要
本文通过介绍碳基催化法工艺吸附和降解烟气中二噁英的主要机理和研究进展,总结碳基催化剂的中微孔体积、晶格缺陷和活性官能团是影响烟气中二噁英吸附的重要因素,碳基催化剂再生过程中的催化剂活性、气氛、温度和再生时间等有利于促进二噁英的高效降解并抑制其再次生成。并指出通过对碳基催化剂在防超温着火方面,以及多污染物协同脱除和衡量污染物脱除方面的深入研究,可进一步扩大该工艺在烟气超低排放处理方面的应用。
Through the introduction on the main mechanism and research progress of adsorption and degradation of dioxins in flue gas by carbon-based catalytic process, it is concluded that the mesopore volume, lattice defect and active functional group of the carbon-based catalyst are the important factors affecting the adsorption of dioxins in flue gas.The catalyst activity, atmosphere, temperature and regeneration time of the carbon-based catalyst in the process of regeneration are conducive to promoting the efficient degradation of dioxins and inhibiting their regeneration.It also pointed out that through in-depth research on carbon-based catalysts in the prevention of over-temperature ignition, as well as the synergistic removal of multiple pollutants and the removal of trace pollutants, the application of this process in ultra-low emission treatment of flue gas can be further expanded.
