摘要
试验探究中草药复方制剂对团头鲂生长性能及肝脏组织的影响。选取平均体重为(50.00±1.80)g的健康团头鲂1050尾,随机分成7组(A1、A2、B3、B4、C5、C6、D7),每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼,用不同的中草药复方制剂饲料连续投喂28 d。结果显示,B4、C5和C6团头鲂的增重率(WGR)和特定生长率(SGR)显著高于对照组(D7)(P<0.05);B4、C5和C6团头鲂的饲料系数(FCR)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);B4、C5和C6组的肥满度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且对照组的肥满度最低。对照组、A1和A2组团头鲂的肝组织在14 d后出现病变迹象,且随着投喂时间延长组织病变加重;B3、B4、C5和C6组的在28 d投喂期间均保持健康状态。研究表明,在团头鲂基础饲料中添加4%的中草药复方制剂B(以杜仲微粉为主,金盏花和黄芪微粉为辅)和2%、4%的中草药复方制剂C(以黄芪微粉为主,金盏花和杜仲微粉为辅)均能有效提高鱼体的生长性能,有助于肝组织保持健康状态。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparations on growth performance and organizational form of blunt snout bream(Megalobrama amblycephala).A total of 1050 healthy Megalobrama amblycephala with an average body weight of(50.00±1.80)g were selected and divided into seven treatment groups with three replicates in each group and 50 blunt snout bream in each replicate,fed for 28 d with seven experimental diets(A1,A2,B3,B4,C5,C6 and D7)in a small-scale circulating aquaculture system.The results showed that the WGR and SGR of group B4,C5 and C6 were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the FCR of group B4,C5 and C6 were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the fatness in B4,C5 and C6 groups was significantly higher than that in control group,and the fatness in control group was the lowest(P<0.05).The liver tissues of control group and group A1 and A2 showed signs of pathological changes for 14 d,and the pathological changes were aggravated with the extension of feeding,while the immune tissues of group B3,B4,C5 and C6 were kept healthy during feeding for 28 d.The experiment indicates that the diets supplemented with 4% Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation B(mainly with Eucommia ulmoides extract,supplemented by Marigold extract meal and Astragalus extract meal)or with 2% and 4% of Chinese herbal medicine compound preparation C(mainly with Astragalus extract meal,supplemented by Marigold extract meal and Eucommia ulmoides extract)can effectively improve the growth performance of Megalobrama amblycephala,help to keep the liver tissue healthy.
