摘要
目的探讨结核科实习护士培训应用个案分析教学法的效果。方法研究起止时间为2019年6月—2020年6月,就此阶段挑选结核患者共计80例作为护理教学下的结果检验对象,同时在此时期挑选在岗实习人员共计80名接受结核科护理培训,并在时间线推动统计下完成两套护理带教培训模式。其中2019年6—12月阶段中挑选护生共计40例,完成传统带教模式。而在2020年1—6月中同样挑选40名护生使用案例教学法,临床教学与实践周期1月并后续执行护理期间对护生执行相同结核科护理知识指导。观察护生不良情绪、综合护理成绩考核、本科护生能力提升情况、实习20周自我概念各项因子表现和护生个案分析书写质量评分,以此验证护理带教影响性。结果教学前两组护生不良情绪差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而教学后,研究组护生不良情绪缓解优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护生个案分析书写质量分数高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护生综合护理成绩考核结果要高于常规组,研究组本科护生工作能力提升情况比常规组更理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组中实习护生的自我概念各项因子得分相较研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个案分析教学法应用于结核科内实习护士培训效果显著,能显著提升护生综合能力,给予患者优质护理干预,具备较高使用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of case analysis teaching method in the training of tuberculosis practice nurses.Methods The research started and ended from June 2019 to June 2020.At this stage,a total of 80 tuberculosis patients were selected as the result test objects under nursing teaching,and a total of 80 on-the-job interns were selected to receive tuberculosis nursing training during this period.And under the promotion of timeline statistics,two sets of nursing teaching and training models have been completed.Among them,a total of 40 nursing students were selected from June to 2019 December to complete the traditional teaching mode.In January to June 2020,40 nursing students were also selected to use case teaching method,the clinical teaching and practice cycle was one month,and the follow-up nursing students were given the same tuberculosis nursing knowledge guidance.Then observe the negative emotions of nursing students,comprehensive nursing performance assessment,the improvement of undergraduate nursing students'ability,the performance of various factors of the intern 20 weeks self-concept,and the writing quality scores of nursing students'case analysis to verify the impact of nursing teaching.Results Before the teaching,there was no statistically significant difference in negative emotions of the nursing students in the two groups(P>0.05);after the teaching,there was statistically significant difference in the relief of the negative emotions of the nursing students in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05);the writing quality score of case analysis of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive nursing performance assessment results of the study group of nursing students were higher than that of the conventional group.The improvement of the working ability of the study group of nursing students was better than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various factors of self-concept of the nursing students in the conventional group compared with the study group,it was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case analysis teaching method has a significant effect in the training of trainee nurses in the tuberculosis department.It can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students,provide high-quality nursing interventions to patients,and have a high value in use.
