摘要
非直属附属专科医院在教学体系建设过程中存在一定的不利因素和发展瓶颈,深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院作为一家兼具非直属附属医院和专科医院双重属性的教学医院,具有一定的代表性。该文在对现存不利因素进行深入分析的基础上,结合深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院的实践经验,提出了完善教学体系建设的对策与措施,可供同类医院参考借鉴。
Non-directly affiliated specialized hospitals have certain disadvantages and development bottlenecks in the construction of teaching system.Shenzhen Baoan District Maternity and Child Health Hospital is a teaching hospital with the dual attributes of non-directly affiliated hospitals and specialized hospitals,being representative to a certain degree.Based on an in-depth analysis of the existing disadvantages,this article combined with the practical experience of Shenzhen Baoan District Maternity and Child Health Hospital,and proposed countermeasures and measures to improve the construction of the teaching system,which can be used as a reference for similar hospitals.
