摘要
目的:探讨层次分析法(AHP)对医疗设备进行分类维修管理的应用价值。旨在提升医疗设备的维修效率和整体服务水平。方法:对某三甲医院医疗设备分类维修管理的专职工程师进行问卷调查(共8名),以该医院的价值20万以上的医疗设备作为维修管理对象。同时以本院现有设备按价值进行分类。采用AHP法对设备维修的因素权重计算出维修分值,并划分为ABC三大类,根据不同类别进行区别管理。结果:通过对设备科8名专职工程师进行问卷调查,得出医疗设备的维修管理工作具有六大影响因素即:价格因素、使用频率、稳定程度、运行时间、备件因素、维修因素。并对六大因素进行横向剖析,并赋予不同程度分值,最终计算出每个器械综合分值,采用由高至低的方式进行排序,按区间分为ABC三大类(实施不同维修管理策略)。结论:采用AHP按因素权重法对该院的医疗器械进行分类管理,有效降低了设备科工作强度、提升了维修管理的工作效率,让工作更加精准、有序。
Objective:To explore the application value of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)in classified maintenance management of medical equipment.The aim is to improve the maintenance efficiency and overall service level of medical equipment.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among the professional engineers of classified maintenance and management of medical equipment in a third-grade hospital(a total of 8 engineers),and the medical equipment worth more than 200,000 yuan in the hospital was taken as the maintenance and management object.At the same time,the current equipment of the hospital is classified by value.The AHP method is used to calculate the maintenance scores of the factor weights of equipment maintenance,and the maintenance scores are divided into three categories,ABC,and differentiated management according to different categories.Results:Through a questionnaire survey of 8 professional engineers in the equipment department,it is concluded that there are six influential factors in the maintenance and management of medical equipment:price factor,frequency of use,stability degree,running time,spare parts factor and maintenance factor.The six factors were analyzed laterally,and scores of different degrees were assigned.Finally,the comprehensive score of each instrument was calculated,which was sorted from high to low and divided into ABC three categories according to the interval(different maintenance management strategies were implemented).Conclusion:AHP is adopted to classify and manage the medical devices in the hospital according to factor weight method,which can effectively reduce the work intensity of the equipment department,improve the work efficiency of maintenance management,and make the work more accurate and orderly.
