摘要
为探究冲头形状对T700/DS1202层合板低能量冲击损伤机理的影响,本文在ABAQUS软件中对层合板低能量冲击损伤进行了仿真分析,并采用不同形状冲头对层合板进行了落锤冲击试验及冲击后损伤检测。结果表明:圆形冲头冲击时能量多向平面传播,表面凹坑损伤面积较大,背面损伤程度较轻,内部分层形貌受剪切应力控制,其面积沿厚度逐渐减小,呈对称扇形;锥形冲头冲击时能量更易向纵深处发展,表面凹坑损伤深度较大,背面出现明显的基体开裂等损伤,且分层形貌受弯曲应力控制,其面积沿厚度逐渐增大,呈椭圆形状。
In order to investigate the effect of impactor shape on damage mechanism of laminates subjected to low-energy impact,low energy impact simulation analysis on laminates in ABAQUS software was carried out,and drop impact test and damage detection on T700/DS1202 laminates with different impactor shapes were carried out.The results showed that when the circular impactor impacted,the energy propagated in plane direction,led to larger surface damage area and less degree of the back side.The internal delamination was controlled by shear stress,and its area decreased gradually along the thickness,showing a symmetrical fan shape.The damage caused by taper impactor was more likely to develop to the deep depth,showing a deeper surface pit and obvious damage on the back side,such as matrix cracking.The internal delamination was controlled by bending stress,and its area increased gradually along the thickness,showing an elliptical shape.
