摘要
目的:探究二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年10月收治2型糖尿病患者70例,随机分为两组。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗;试验组选择阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗社区2型糖尿病患者,可有效控制患者血糖水平,且不良反应低。
Objective:To explore the effect of metformin combined with acarbose on blood glucose control in community patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:From February 2019 to October 2020,70 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with metformin.The experimental group was treated with acarbose combined with metformin.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with acarbose in the treatment of community type 2 diabetes patients can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients,and the adverse reactions are low.
