摘要
“十四五”时期璧山区担负着打造“儒雅璧山田园都市”、建好重庆主城都市区“迎客厅”的新发展使命。研究认为,璧山区协同推进高质量发展和高水平保护面临着“三大困境”和“五重机遇”,务必按照“1259”的总体思路,在“增保、降碳、减污、防险、深改”五大重点方向谋思路、找方法,切实把新时期生态环境保护的“路线图”转化为“施工图”,展现主城都市区“同城化发展先行区”璧山的“大担当”和“新作为”。
During the"Fourteenth FiveYear Plan"Period,Bishan District shoulders the new development mission of building"elegant Bishan garden city"and"welcome hall"in Chongqing metropolitan area.However,Bishan District facing"three dilemmas"and"five opportunities"with promote high quality economic development and high level ecological environment protection.It is important to follow the overall idea of"1259",and seek ideas and methods in the five major directions of"strengthen ecosystem protection,reducing carbon emissions,prevention pollution,prevention of environmental risks,deepening ecological civilization reform".Try the best transforming the"road map"of ecological environment protection into"construction drawing"in the new era,promote high-quality development with high-level protection.
