摘要
总结1例孕29周+镜像综合征并发急性心衰孕妇的抢救及护理经验。护理要点包括:妊娠合并急性心力衰竭的急救护理、终止妊娠后活动性出血的观察与护理、精准化产后容量管理、采用经面罩无创正压通气和经鼻高流量氧疗的序贯交替疗法、分阶段实施心理护理。通过给予针对性的护理措施,患者预后良好,住院8 d后出院。
To summarize the rescue and nursing experience of a 29+weeks pregnant woman with mirror syndrome complicated with acute heart failure.Nursing points include first aid and nursing of pregnancy complicated with acute heart failure,observation and nursing of active bleeding after termination of pregnancy,postpartum volume management,sequential therapy of mechanical ventilation after operation and nursing of nasal high flow oxygen,and psychological nursing by stages.Through the targeted nursing measures,the patient had a good prognosis and was discharged successfully 8 days after admission.
