Modification and Process Optimization of Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis

摘要 在浆态床费托合成工艺生产中出现旋风分离器分离效率差,循环换热分离器换热和分离效果差、系统阻力高,蜡过滤器堵塞等问题,严重制约装置满负荷运行周期。通过对旋风分离器、循环换热分离器进行技术改造及工艺优化,取得了显著效果。技术改造后,旋风分离器分离效果好,循环换热器换热效率高、重质油分离彻底、系统阻力降低,有效降低了稳定蜡中的铁含量,从而实现费托合成装置安、稳、长、满、优运行。 The problems of poor separation efficiency of cyclone separator,poor heat transfer and separation effect of circulating heat ex-changer separator,high system resistance and clogging of wax filter in the production of slurry bed Fischer-Tropsch process,have seriously restricted the full load operation cycle of the unit.Around the problems that existed since the commissioning of Fischer-Tropsch plant,corresponding solutions are adopted and implemented to obtain remarkable results,together with analysis and discussions on technical transformation and process optimization of cyclone separator and circulating heat ex-changer separator.After the technical transformation,the cyclone separator has good separation effect,the circulating heat ex-changer has high heat transfer efficiency,the heavy oil is thoroughly separated,the system resistance is reduced,and the iron content in the stabilized wax is effectively reduced,thus the safe,stable,long,full and excellent operation of the Fischer-Tropsch plant is guaranteed.
