摘要
目的研究移动护理信息系统(MNIS)应用于临床护理中对护理效果的影响。方法在2019年3月至2020年3月期间,随机选取某医院118例住院手术患者,配对后随机分为研究组(MNIS干预)和对照组(常规护理),各59例,比较护理效率、质量和满意度指标。结果研究组护理效率高于对照组(病情观察及时率、医嘱执行及时率高),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组住院指标优于对照组(住院时间短、下床时间早),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理不良事件发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MNIS能够显著提升护理人员工作效率,提高护理质量,保障护理安全,全面改善临床护理效果,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To study the effect of clinical applicaiton of mobile nursing information system(MNIS)on nursing work.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,a total of 118 surgical inpatients from Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University were paired and randomly divided into control group(routine care)and study group(MNIS intervention).Indicators of nursing efficiency,nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing efficiency indicators(the rate of condition observation and timely execution of doctor's orders)of the study group were higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization indicators(short hospital stay,fast time to get out of bed)of the study group were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse nursing events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MNIS can significantly improve the work efficiency of nursing staff,enhance nursing quality,guarantee nursing safety,comprehensively improve clinical nursing effect elevate patients satisfaction.
