摘要
目的了解上海市青浦区肺结核的流行特征,为结核病预防控制提供科学依据。方法对2005-2020年青浦区登记管理的活动性肺结核患者数据采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果2005-2020年,青浦区居民的肺结核患者登记率总体呈下降趋势,平均年登记率为25.68/105,其中上海沪籍和非沪籍居民的登记率分别为30.39/105和21.77/105。男性和女性患者的比例为2.37:1。非沪籍患者占比最高的职业为农民工(28.17%)、家政服务(20.38%)、工人(15.13%);沪籍患者占比最高的职业为农民(26.59%)、离退休人员(24.22%)、其他(11.52%)。非沪籍患者年龄以20~29岁(38.82%)、30~39岁(26.03%)及40~49岁(14.62%)为主,沪籍患者年龄以60~69岁(18.46%)和50~59岁(18.11%)为主。非沪籍居民发病高峰在6月份(10.65%),沪籍居民发病高峰在7月份(10.77%)。结论青浦区应加强非沪籍人群的肺结核防控力度,同时也要加强沪籍老年人、农民工和学生的肺结核防控工作。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis(TB)in Qingpu District,and provide the scientific basis for tuberculosis prevention and control.Methods The data of active pulmonary TB patients registered and managed in Qingpu District from 2005 to 2020 were analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods.Results From 2005 to 2020,the overall registration rate of TB patients in Qingpu District showed a downward trend,with an average annual registration rate of 25.68/105.The registration rates of Shanghai residents and non Shanghai nationality residents were 30.39/105 and 21.77/105 respectively.The ratio of male to female was 2.37 to 1.Migrant workers(28.17%),domestic service(20.38%),and workers(15.13%)accounted for the highest proportion of non-Shanghai nationality patients;The occupations with the highest proportion of patients of Shanghai nationality patients were farmers(26.59%),retirees(24.22%),and others(11.52%).The majority of non-Shanghai nationality patients were 20-29 years old(38.82%),30-39 years old(26.03%)and 40-49 years old(14.62%),while the majority of Shanghai nationality patients were 60-69 years old(18.46%)and 50-59 years old(18.11%).The incidence peak of non-Shanghai nationality residents was in June(10.65%),while the incidence peak of Shanghai residents was in July(10.77%).Conclusion Qingpu District should strengthen the prevention and control of tuberculosis among non-Shanghai household register residents,and strengthen the prevention and control of tuberculosis among the elderly,migrant workers and students.
